Through the combination of an EPS panel with a wooden panel, it is possible to create load-bearing reinforced concrete walls insulated only externally, ensuring the best thermal dynamics and any fire safety requirements.
The construction process consists of 6 simple and quick phases
Position the plastic connector on the wooden panel
Wall assembly: insertion of webs and horizontal reinforcement bars
Insertion of vertical reinforcement bars
Concrete pouring
Removal of wooden panels
Finished wall + plaster

Through the use of a removable and therefore reusable wooden panel, it is possible to create a load-bearing reinforced concrete wall with a massive internal surface and an insulating surface only on the outside, always ensuring optimal thermal performance of the envelope while at the same time responding to particular design requirements that do not require the use of double insulation.
